The song itself is quite simply phenomenal, and Finn already knows how much I respect his talent! The background images and animations are also ridiculously impressive.

That said, the character appearance and animation leaves much to be desired, and is quite honestly the weakest part of the presentation. But hey, you're still really young and have lots of time to learn and grow and improve your illustration and animation abilities! So don't give up, and I look forward to watching you improve over time. Let me offer up a few helpful hints:

Really study images of the human body in order to get better at drawing people. While I've certainly seen worse proportions, the male and female within the video are incredibly stiff and possess some very unrealistic features. From the back view, the back itself extends too far upward and almost gives the appearance of having a hump, which I do not believe was intended. Your hands and shoulders are way too rounded; once again, study those aspects and smooth them out in a more realistic way. Arm and leg movements are also really stiff and awkward at this point. And finally, when viewing the head and neck from behind, the neck would continue up past the back of the head rather than the other way around, like it is here.

Having a really amazing song and gorgeous backgrounds boosted my overall score quite a lot, but had I gone strictly by the merits of the characters and character animations alone it would have been a much different story. When those aspects come together in a more harmonious way, you're going to have a seriously killer repertoire. Best of luck going forward! :)

[A Guile headbang]

I like the remix of Guile's Theme and the idea, but I found the execution to be lacking. If the actual headbanging animation had matched the beat, I would have been more impressed. I also agree that more should have been happening...anything, really. Maybe random cameos of other Street Fighter characters popping in from the sides or something. There are plenty of options for expanding upon the main premise, and while headbanging to a song and flicking a Bic near the end is in no way a bad idea for an animation, it's just not enough for me to offer up more than a couple stars.

I sat through the entire length of the video hoping for something randomly cool or funny to happen, but no such luck. Heck, until the lighter came out, I was wondering why this was even uploaded as a movie file and not a Flash loop. Well anyway, as you mention in the Author Comments, it is indeed a very silly animation. I think you could have fleshed the idea out a bit more and earned yourself a better overall rating, but it's okay for what it is.

Music VS Animation

The music in your Flash was awesome! Unfortunately, the animation was fairly subpar and it failed to keep up to the rhythmic tone set by the rockin' techno soundtrack. The music was really the only thing that kept me entertained. While the style of animation that you utilized may be simple to manipulate, it's also rather unimpressive. I like my characters with arms and legs...not just hands and feet floating in midair. *shrug* Nothing new.

I guess you're entitled to your opinion, but if I didn't have this style, I would never get anything done. I find that re-drawing a character so tedious, I get nowhere on the cartoon, that's why I like to have preset models.

Erm...kinda lame

I was hoping for funny, but the comic timing was...just...wrong.

Plus, the characters' eyeballs all look like gigantic boobs. Pretty weird.

Oh well It's just a cartoon for Halloween, i don't celebrate the hoilday or anything so i don't really care if i have a perfect animation for it or not.

Gigantic boobs eh? that's what my friend keeps on saying to me when I'm drawing them in class :P

Looks pretty good...

But why a preview? Everyone does previews and trailers and teasers and that kind of crap. I understand if it's a really lengthy project that goes on for months and you want some feedback in the early stages, but I don't think it was really necessary here.

The animation was pretty good, and the effects were nicely animated and so on. It looked like something that would make a really cool game. But with so many stick fighter movies out there and more coming out every day, I just don't know....

That was rather bizarre....to say the least. At the end, I couldn't get the Synopsis button to do anything, but everything else worked fine. Your alternate ending was so random, I almost fell out of my chair! And wtf is up with your bloopers!?

NEways, great film! Nice and morbid. Just the way I like 'em.

I'll be looking forward to it! Your trailer was cool, and it was very nicely animated. I saw some very unique ideas - at least for the Star Wars universe, that is. Will there be voices? Or just subtitles, etc.? Just curious....

i am gonan try an work on sound so it works properly so hopefully voices (only in ep 1 and 3 - 2 is silent but all action) but i will have subs at the bottom just in case the quality isnt great. I'm gonan do my best tho man. Thanks for the comments. J

And then there were worms....

And they were good! And the people rejoiced! Cute animation. Short and sweet. Yes, it is true that I only just saw a very similar flash that was better, but I have to admit, when that worm called in the enemy airstrike, I just had to laugh. Nice one. Maybe make one a bit longer with more worms and more ideas....I know you can do it. Try something original. That's what really gets a reviewer's attention!

Nicely spoofed!

They say spoofs are the best kind of compliment, after all! Cool characters (or maybe....hot?), and something about the green one with the antennae reminded me of Piccolo. I loved Mr. Satan up in the clouds, too....was that Videl next to him? It looked like her, or maybe Android 18...? NEwayz, excellent flash. Great animation, cool music, and btw...your pants are on fire! Nah, just kidding. But seriously, it was awesome. I LoL when he burnt to a cinder....it was so classic! *sigh* I'm totally looking forward to more like this in the future! Rock on!
